because i usually play either Tiberium Wars or any mod for it and i can ONLY put ONE squad per APC

well, in transports, you can only put one infantry squad, but that squad can be as big as black hand(6), so they could make chinese red guard squad of 6, what are you talking about are civilian buildings, in those, you can put up to 3 squads

I can see 4 infantry per squad in shadow team, and 5 in black hand....

I mean, for USA 2 or 3 rangers, and for China 6 or 8 red guards
well, it's their mod and I don't know what are they plans for it
