It is the same as in vanilla in almost all mods.
You visit taverns and will find book merchants, slave traders, bards and companions.
The people move about every so often. So either move around city to city visiting every tavern or use the teleport cheat to visit all cities with almost no time passing. Since all companions should be on the map you can get them all that way.

Thanks for noticing. Was unsure where to send this. I am unsure if there are more NPC's without exit options. Did not want to restart just because i walked into unfinished areas.

With Mirkwood (tree elves home) can i request a wider spiralling path?

Bug report:
When walking the streets and buying from Armorsmith Roquinael, there is no way to exit from buying. So you are stuck in the screen and must restart.

Rated it and it appears to work now.

Loving this mod. All the translated parts are great. Continue the great work on the mod and only translate what is most important in your opinion.
