THE JOB:
We are looking for 2D artists and animators to work on a game currently in development. The game is being developed in Unity and some experience interacting with Unity would be a plus, but is not required. The team works remotely and communicates primarily through Discord while utilizing a google drive for shared storage of content.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to work and communicate with a remote team to accomplish goals
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable with utilizing a 'retro' art style
- Portfolio of work examples
COMPENSATION:
We are offering a royalties or profit-share agreement along with stock options. Since we are not in a position to offer paid work, why not own a piece of the company for your hard work.
ABOUT US:
We are founded by long time gamers and USMC veterans. We want to create and share games that offer fun and unique experiences for others as we have enjoyed over the years.
THE GAME:
The game is Ugh's Revenge. A side-scrolling 2D action game in a fantasy setting. It is primarily being developed for Xbox, with plans to release on other consoles as well as PC via Steam.
