Ye, I noticed to in a playtrough I was watching. It does raise questions...
There should be at least 4-5 diffrent tanks in GTAV that u cant drive: modern ones (stolen froma military base), and old ones (sherman, hellcat, T34-85 and some Patton, etc.)
And it's easy to explain how they got there. Just some guy has a house and a scrapland on the desert area (outside the city) and he is a big fan of tanks. See? Easy.
Then players could meet him in one of the missions, and after that u can just steal one of his tanks, maybe even customize them.
Rockstar plz make it happen in PC version (even in DLC)!
