to all you non-german-speakers, "Kaiser" means Emperor (i think :S )
Confirm, Kaiser from latin Caesar - the Emperor (in german speaking countries). But other european countries call as Kaiser only 3 german emperors: Vilgelm I, Friedrich III, Vilhelm II.
