Hot off the press: Jeremy Dunham, the Vice President of Marketing for Psyonix, the developer behind Rocket League issued an update in which he thanks the PlayStation (Plus) community for their incredible support in making the game a massive success. July’s PlayStation Plus Free Game bonus went down very well with subscribers and DigiMinded community member Naryka called it “…by far the best PS Plus month since the launch of PS4″.
Dunham continued his announcement by shedding some light on the upcoming Rocket League DLCs. In addition to the new Battle-Cars already announced, “the DLC Pack also includes two all-new Rocket Boosts (“Nitrous” and “Burnout”), two new Wheel sets (the soccer ball-themed “Cristiano” and the very-cool “Spinner” set), five all-new Paint Types (“Brushed Metal,” “Carbon Fiber,” “Metallic Pearl,” “Pearlescent,” and “Wood”), and a handful of new Trophies. This entire collection will be available in early August for $3.99.”
