Can't Play Game Thread - Desura

So i installed Amnesia the Dark Descent and it was working fine until i move the games folder to the desktop. I changed the games location to where it should be on my desktop but now when i try to launch Amnesia i get this message,
Failed to launch item.

Failed to launch item Amnesia: The Dark Descent, File
is not valid exe [C:/Users/Russ/Desktop/Amnesia -
The Dark Descent/redist/launcher/Launcher.exe].
[61.0]

My Amnesia launcher exe is in the launcher folder so i don't know why it's still not opening. Please help!

put the folder back where it was

The game needs to be in the same location as the Desura application, so in this case the common folder.

i got the same message but it was for the project zomboid demo. can anyone please help me? i really want to try the game and see how good it really is

when i click on project zomboid demo to launch it it says files not valid how do i fix this?
