Appearances can be deceiving. The three little orchids may look colorful and nice, but deep under those lovely petals are savage warriors, ready to defend their owner from any zombie.
They can shoot a perfumed spray that will make the zombies dizzy, making them stop for a couple of seconds. The orchids will be defenseless after their first shot, it takes them time to prepare another dose of perfume (let's say something to 10 seconds). They are most effective in short range attack; in long range the effect of the perfume loses off pretty fast.

The orchids could be used to cover a plant in front of them,if a zombie gets too close or they could immobilize the first zombies that appear so that the other plants could kill it.

Extra Bonus: How would my brain taste like?

It would have to taste like cotton candy, a pink delicious sugar flavor that melts in your mouth. No zombies could resist that.
