I tried my best at texturing the outfit but I can't really do better than this so this will have to do.
Also I can pallet change these to other colours so if you like the colour of a certain anime high school outfit then tell me so and then I'll change the colours. Show reference pics if you can please.

But you are missing the black ribbon, should be a little below the neck.
And there shall be light green up the side portion of the school sweatshirt.
And then there are some of them using white shoes.
What I can see is missing from this, but it looks really good.

Yea I know some of the details aren't there, I added buttons and pockets near the waist not long ago. I know the sides are light green and it isn't finished yet so I just added that colour for now but I'll change it, don't know about the ribbion as it wouldn't be possible to add it in the texture so I may not add it because of that.
I can't add the zipper because when I did it, it came out all messed up as the uvmap isn't totally even for all the faces on the model. It halfed in size near the neck area so I just took it out.
Do you guys want any variants in colour of the outfit as in other animes the colours are different so if you want to say a red one then just say so and I'll do it.
why not make a real pleat skirt instead texture?
is the butt 2d or 3d? can't really tell LOL
