Wird, this is the other render available. Now I think that the first YafaRay render is better. I don't have access to 3ds or any other fancy renderers, so this is the best I can get.
if it isnt textured it looks better to leave the model one colour
What program do you use?
If it's Blender, you can really improve your render with BLender's Internal Renderer...all is a matter of lighting.
Blender has a great rendering system. all of my renders also use a very simple scanline rendereer
