wow! Most of clock town already looks really good. there's still some work though, it looks so .. empty and the lighting is still too dark i think. Keep up the good wooork :)
the lighing is far from fine. it's way too bright. here is a screenshot from the original game. Img132.imageshack.us
apart from the lighting, the texture for the door shouldn't be green, and the wall texture is missing the colored symbols, and there should be a platform right where the camera is (the platform that is being built)
What part of Working in Progress (WIP) do you NOT understand? The Clock Tower Does not have a door (Yet), you are in fact looking at the insides. My excuse for the wall textures is that this is the "None Harvest Carnival" Clock Town. Details will not be perfect on first release/down the track, the main problem with redoing the original areas is that their engine had different ways of doing things, a good example is those symbols, they're in fact a gray scaled texture with some sort of colour properties applied in-game then layered over the loop brick surface. Not something easily replicated without creating a large texture and a lot of photoshop.

"Still"? The lighting is fine. The reason why its empty because its "Work In Progress".
