The steep learning curve may scare off some, but it's that very difficulty that makes everything in Wurm so satisfying. No time feels wasted because everything you do can contribute to some larger plan, be it grinding skills to upgrade the type of house you can make, or making the parts for a beautiful new sea vessel.

This game is extremely enjoyable if you love grinding, and challenge. The progress is very very slow, but I enjoy the satisfaction after going through frustrating and long processes of creating something.

Awesome Crafting and community game. I love that I can do what I want when I want and build what I want. I also like that it is not easy mode and not a game where the player with the biggest credit card wins.

Lots to do that will keep you coming back for more. Beautiful landscape. Tons of skills. Build bridges, buildings, boats, craft, cook, so much more. PvP or PvE at your discretion. The land is yours to shape.

2 years pass since i start to play WO and never got tired of it. Much improvements in rendering system and new game features lately made this game more enjoyable to play. Developers are doing great job.

Stunning game, we (myself and my wife) play as much as we can on this game, we played Ultima Online for 15 years on and off, Wurm Online has now fully taken its place, incredible, so much freedom, so much to do, yes it takes a while to do anything, but that is one of the beauties of it, the feeling of achievement when you complete something. Living, breathing, ever changing world. Yes, it really is !

This is a bugfest beyond belief even after having been in beta for over a decade. It's got worse system requirements than the top ranking games out there despite looking the part of a two decades old game. The playerbase is hostile and would jump through flaming hoops to defend the lazy developers and no doubt will they try to call my review unfair or try to insult my person for having posted this. Take my word for it though; This game is worth neither your time nor your money for it will kill your computer.

What can I say? wurm is the game I always stick with. The depth is like nothing else these days. You can do anything you want, be anything you want.

The game is update all the time and keeps getting better. Basically This is my favorite game of all time, even if i take a break, I always come back.

People may say the graphics aren't great and they can't play something that looks like this. But, I didn't play wurm for 2 years after my brother showed me it. I'm still kicking myself for that. Don't make the same mistake as me!

GREAT game, by far the only one i have ever persisted on playing for years.
The in-depth of the crafting system is astounding, and the PvP [should you chose to] is very nice and realistic.
Also a very HUGE landscape with multiple server and lands that are all connected with many adventures ahead.
