Word Portal was created using Unity3D. The project started out as a tool for learning the new engine and wound up becoming a full-fledged game with cloud-based leader-boards and achievements, social media connectivity and ports on all major mobile platforms.

This is the first trailer for Word Portal. Word Portal is a casual, ambient, online word game. Like Wordament (TM), you compete against everybody on the same letter set. The difference is that you are rewarded for taking your time to find long, high-scoring words instead of creating as many 3-letter words as possible in 2 minutes. — in Waterloo.
