Post which version you're trying to play, your machine specifications operating system etc and what it isn't doing here.

I'm guessing this is the bugthread, not just the "it's crashing"-thread? Either way, I have two bugs:

1) The X1-pads will stay after one game into the next, essentially getting you X2 if you get both that one and the one that spawns at the start of the game.

2) I'm getting some very weird graphical glitches at the sides of the screen... I thought it was Steam at first since I was running the game through a Steam-shortcut but starting directly using the binary from the game-folder ran it through steam anyway, is that standard? Anyway, it's a bunch of black and colored stuff around the edge of the screen, restarting does nothing and I've tried switching resolutions and switching between fullscreen and windowed (since I thought that would clear the buffers). Note that all the black stuff and most of the colors disappear when an actual game starts but some of the colors stay (they're not as imposing as before though). Pictures probably explain better:

I know about the first one and have fixed that here.

The second one is interesting as I've not seen that before. Can you post your graphics card and driver versions? It's almost certainly related to the post processing.

I'm running a MSI N260GTX Twin Frozr, more info here: Eu.msi.com
Driver-wise I have the 260.99 drivers.

I can't remember getting the graphical glitch at first, I'm thinking I should try reinstalling it see what that does.

Try deleting the any ini file that doesn't start with the word "default" in UDK\Waves - RPS Beta\UDKGame\Config which will make the game regenerate new settings from the defaults.

If that doesn't work (I honestly can't imagine why it would work but I'll try anything once) then try doing a full reinstall - make sure you delete the entire folder for the game after uninstalling it.

Clearing out the ini-files in the Config folder seems to have fixed the problem, thanks! Hopefully it won't come back.
