War of the Human Tanks is a story driven strategy game with a gameplay reminiscent of Battleship and Chess, featuring a story of war, loyalty, sacrifice and human shaped tanks. This story takes place in a land vaguely reminiscent of modern-day Japan. In the twenty years since the first Human Tank was developed, the war raging between the Empire of Japon and the Kingdom of Japon has turned into a proxy war fought between Human Tanks on both sides. The Empire of Japon once ruled the entire land of Japon. Now diminished and cornered, the Empire prepares to make its last stand as the tanks of the Kingdom of Japon draw close to its capital. Shoutaro Daihon'ei, Lieutenant of the Imperial Army moves out to the battlefield, followed closely by the loyal Human Tanks in his company.

Please follow these guidelines while suggesting games. If not, you'll never hear the end of it from Liselotte... -We are a Japanese to English games localization company. Please keep your recommendations to Japanese games only. We can't translate from other languages. At least until we become a big, scary company with tentacles all around the world. -Our primary focus is on games that need translating to be playable by most people, like Role Playing Games (RPG) and Strategy Games (STG). Please keep your recommendations to games that have a notable amount of things to translate and refrain from asking for shooters that are playable in Japanese without much difficulty. This doesn't necessarily mean that we will not release any shooters, just that we are not looking for shooter recommendations. -Do not suggest something that is suggested and denied before. I'll keep a list of games that are denied in this thread, check that list before you make a suggestion. We'll delete repeated request threads without warning, I don't want this place turn into a post apocalyptic abandoned thread graveyard. -Do not suggest games that do not meet common worldwide digital distributors' release criteria. For example games with explicit erotic content. Or games that borrow things from other Intellectual Properties (IP) without proper license. -Do not suggest games from series that are already licensed by other companies. They probably have pending deals for those titles as well, and if not they will still get advantage over us for acquiring that license. Unless one of the parties are unsatisfied with their current arrangement, and if such an opportunity arises, we'll hear it before the public. We are not training all these ninjas for nothing. -Do not suggest games that are older than five years. We already know of all the old gems that are still missing an English release. We are looking for relatively new and fun titles that are somewhat missed or ignored in favor of other licenses. -Do or Do not. There is no try.
