Here are my submissions:
Scorpion:
"The M808 Scorpion has been synonymous with destruction and versatility since its introduction to the UNSC's arsenal. It can easily dominate any battlefield with its main cannon, which can deliver a 90mm tungsten round with precision and speed and is equally effective at dispatching mechanized units as it is at disintegrating enemy infantry."

Mantis:
"A testament to how far humanity has come the Mark IX ADS, or Mantis, is the culmination of decades worth of both technological advancement and functional iteration. Equipped with shields, a 20mm rotary cannon and 5-chamber missile launcher the Mantis is a formidable ground asset which excels at supporting infantry in almost any situation."

Hornet:
"The AV-14 Hornet is a VTOL that has proved its usefulness to the UNSC aerial fleet since as far back as 2524. It is effective at engaging both aerial and ground targets with its combination of heavy autocannon and missile launcher systems and while the design is dated the Hornet still proves just as relevant and versatile on the modern field of war as it did when it was introduced."

Elephant:
"Originally designed for agriculture and settlement the HRV base design has been altered for a variety of uses. The UNSC 'Elephant' variant has been described as a Mobile Assault, Support, and Recovery platform and often serves as the base of operation for UNSC ground forces. Although slow the Elephant can be armed with a number of chain guns for defense against would be attackers."

Some more:

Battle Rifle:
“The BR series of bullpup battle rifle has seen an ever increasing popularity with UNSC forces from as late the mid 2400s. Although several models have had both semi- and full-automatic settings the Battle Rifle has always been designed, and widely used, as a mid to long range three-round burst fire weapon. The line of rifles has a good 'jack of all trades' dynamic as it has better close-range accuracy than most marksman rifles but a substantially great long-range accuracy than most UNSC close-quarter assault rifles.”

Warthog Chain Gun:
“Matching the Warthog's speed and mobility the M46 Light Anti-Aircraft Gun (LAAG) is the most common weapon emplacement found on the modern Warthog. The triple-barrelled, chain fed, rotary gun fires a barrage of 12.7mm rounds at targets with devastating results and is often employed against airborne enemies as well as infantry and other light vehicles.”

Warthog Gauss Cannon:
“Not unlike the the much larger MAC weaponry found on UNSC navy ships the M68 Asynchronous Linear-Induction Motor, or M68 Gauss Cannon, is the Warthog's mainline anti-armor weapon. Capable of accelerating a tungsten-ferric round to supersonic speeds the cannon can viciously punch holes into even the most resilient armor, not to mention its capabilities against infantry and light vehicles.”

Warthog Rocket Pod:
“The M79 Multiple Launch Rocket System is a twin-pod rocket launcher emplacement which can fire six 65mm Argent V missiles near instantly at any given target. The M79 has filled its role of heavy, mobile anti-aircraft support very effectively for a number of different vehicles and installations, notably both the M510 Mammoth and M12 Warthog.”

Faced wrote: The Rocket Hog isn't Heavy Anti-Air it's Light Anti-Air (LAAV)

The description is for the launcher and not the Warthog variant, "M12R Light Anti-Aircraft Vehicle". As such I based it on the description found in 'Halo 4 The Essential Visual Guide', which is: "the integrated rocket launcher emplacement has become a key fixture of heavy, mobile anti-aircraft support on the ground."

Also calling the emplacement 'light' because the Warthog variant is called 'Light Anti-Aircraft Vehicle' wouldn't be accurate as it is also found on the Mammoth, or the "Mobile Anti-Aircraft Weapons Platform M510 Siegework/Ultra-Heavy." So the argument could also be made to call it 'Ultra-Heavy'.
