A design document describing the six different factions in Unending Galaxy and how they interact has been published on the official website. The full article is available here. As usual with my design documents, not everything is set in stones, comments and relevant ideas are welcome.
Also, the version 0.4.5 (pre-alpha) should be available between Sunday and Monday.
