Left4Quake aims to bring Left 4 Dead to the Playstation Portable.
A long overdue update for Left 4 Quake. This is a video of the PSP gameplay showcasing:
-A new and custom HUD
-Weapon icons for Spas, M16, and Scar
-External Textures (much more colors and detail)
-Bullet Holes and Explosion scorches
-Colored Lighting
-New Pistol Model
-M16
-Spas 12
-Scar
-New Zombie skin and animations
-Zombie Headshots
-New Zombie Sounds
-Rotating Brushes
-Skyboxes
-Improved Flashlight
-Weapon Pickup and Drop
All of which have been added, edited, or improved since the last public video, aside from the medkit, which needs a world model and the third person camera needs to be adjusted when healing yourself. I hope you enjoy and are still looking forward to an alpha release as the time draws near.

I'm kind of amazed! L4Q has been dead before and I seriously thought it happened again! But here you are looking better than ever. Seeing this actually makes me want to play L4Q, good work and well done! I just hope that you plan on getting rid of those terrible quake sounds.

Hey, why don´t you edit the Config.cfg or the Default.cfg to run the command "deathmatch 0" so you must just use the map

There is already a PC version, Its called Left 4 Dead, and if im not mistaken there is also a sequel.

My answer would imply that we are NOT going to make a PC version. Since we are basing this game on an already existing PC game, making our version obsolete. Don't just read words, think about what they mean. I'm sorry if you don't have a strong enough PC to play Left 4 Dead, we are making Left 4 Quake for the PSP. Don't have a PSP? Why are you in the PSP section do begin with?

you should make a different story, with new survivors, and a place to buy the other survivors i mean, 4 new survivors, new story and an option to make your team, with the new survivors and the survivors from left 4 dead 1 and 2 it will be awesome

Please feel free to attempt a better game yourself if you so wish. However, many of our team-mates have left, and there are only about 3 people working now. Progress is slow, yes, but waiting isn't hurting anyone is it? Nobody has the right to complain in reality considering we're doing all the work for you guys and you don't have to pay for it...
