it looks ok to me a little bit messy
I don't believe there are any overlapping faces. Maybe the lighting is making the triangles looks a bit weird.
Nooooo! Fix the front of the barrel Tom!! just leave it an open space, that'll be ok no one will see it. Otherwise, Good model. It only LOOKS messy because of the way the triangles are, but with a texture on that, even just the smooth modifier, it'll look great.
My bad :P
Would be good if one could use it as axe when ammo is gone, because it's edges are so sharp! :-) Just kidding.
