I currently decided the theme of game.
No Zombies.
No Virus.
No Nukes.
Just Water. Lots of Water.
While global warming is a main theme of our current civilization, some specialists believe that we will facing soon a large increase in sea levels.
Based on some recent events here on Brazil results of "El Niño", I saw some pictures of flooded cities and that give to me a hint to what can be a good background for the game.
This can even change the game-play style from top down group to third person single character.
Also, the game-play is mutch explorable, like underwater metro lines, parking in basements, ships and rooftops. Earth, wood, and vegetables can be valuables items too. Another thing is that the scenarios can be very beautiful with it.
