Small Fixes:

-Fixed Wave UI Scaling as some Devices are not able to display it correctly

-Fixed Weapon Attachments not being saved after buying from the store, permanently saved even if you Die, will be reworked after adding multiple different attachments


-Added New Weapon: Type-99, New Bolt Action Rifle for penetrating Armored Security Undead, as they're a pain early in the game.
