The Nascent takes place in the imagination of someone playing a session of a Tabletop RPG. The Narrator is your friend, your enemy, and the only voice you hear. From the little old ladies, to the chanting monks, and even the drunken bar songs. The Nascent, is a 2d action platformer in the vein of greats such as Castlevania. To be released on various platforms. The Nascent will span a busy exciting world full of interesting nooks and crannies for you to explore. With multiple abilities to use the gameplay will be varied and focused not on straight combat but instead intelligent use of abilities and opportunist views.

The Nascent has launched its Kickstarter campaign! Huzzah and revelry for all. It has taken us a bit more time then we intended but the final game actually came out as something that we are happy to say that we are making. We have launched just yesterday and now the next 30 days of anxiety begin.

We over here at Fox and Badger Studios are proud to announce the launch of our Kickstarter campaign! Yay and huzzahs! It has been a long road but it has been one that we are glad we have embarked on. The game is approaching something that we genuinely can be proud of and with some help from the internet will be what we envisioned it to be.
