TetraGems mixes of old-school Tetris with a 4-in-a-row Jewel / Gem game. Tetra blocks fall from the sky and they have jewels enclosed. You can collect these jewels when you make a row of 4 or more of the same jewels. Doing so the Tetra blocks will break open and the remaining jewels will fall down.
This is probably one of the most important routines in the development of TetraGems. After the Tetris blocks have been dropped to their place, they have to start falling again when they can. Well, I finally managed to get it working!
And why the most important routine of the development? Well, with this routine in place I can add some of the extra features I had in mind. Because it's not only the floating Tetris blocks that can now drop down again, but basically everything from this point on that I add as features can be dropped in the same way.
