New stuff includes: Basic tutorial, NPC with dialogue, passages instead of doors, waypoints, basic music, monsters that throw purple stun bombs, flying buzzfiends, pinwheel traps, scenery placeholders (getting a feel for theming), and a three-headed hydra boss!
Levels are randomly generated, so what you see here just happens to be how the game made the rooms and placed the enemies and traps for this playthrough. Took me a few tries to get a successful video where I actually made it to the boss.
