SWAP is a first person puzzle game, where the player must use a mechanic called SWAPPING to progress through each level. SWAPPING allows the player to select a object or colored tile then select another object or colored tile, and then the two objects or tiles will SWAP places. However not all objects are SWAPABLE, and each object has a purpose or a thing it can do. You must construct a way to pass each level by using the unique properties of each object combined with the ability to SWAP them throughout each level.

SWAP has bin in development for almost two years now, and its finally close to being finished!

It started out with each level, being a enclosed rooms, and tight spaces. But then it became big wide open environments with walls all around, witch ended up still making the player feel claustrophobic and closed in. So after months of brainstorming and experimenting, we now have the look and feel of SWAP as it is today.

There are a handful of fresh, updated screen shots posted, so check those out.
Also a dedicated website will all of the SWAP game info and back story, will be up and running somewhere near the end of the actual game development, due to the tight window of time for finishing the game. Witch leads me to the next announcement.

SWAP has a official release date!

June 6th 2012 Swap will be published first on Desura and depending on what happens it will be published on Steam, Playism and GamersGate. But for sure on Desura

So i hope this gives some fresh thoughts and excitement for the game, After the long time span without any news or updates.
