Spoilers? 3rd play-through and I have yet to do this successfully. I believe it's Bud Anderson that gives it to you after you accept the head to Los Ceros part of Missing quest line. But every time I go to The Fat Neils and McCoys for Alliance (recruit them vs. Los Ceros), they flat out refuse to join because they hate Bud Anderson. I held the Brain Scanner up to them and I can't see a diamond to show where I need my reputation with them at to convince them. Thanks for any help. Edited by: Satile |

Yeah they won't join in because they don't like Bud. I put those quests in because I thought it would be a bit weird story-wise if you didn't ask them for help. Looks like I just made it a bit confusing instead :/ |
