First of all, I just wanted to give you compliments in a very good game. I appreciate all of your efforts and I hope you continue developing it - I would be happy to support you with any sequels you may develop :-)

I feel it limits the game when you are forced to finish the game within 62 hours. I would so much like to spend time harvesting materials, fully exploring, and building a base. When there is a limited amount of insulin, I feel it forces your hand to move at a faster pace than I would like.

So, how about allowing a person to make insulin in the exact same fashion as the bandages and maltovs. I feel combining 5 corn (or 10, if you want to make it harder) and an alcohol could yield 1 insulin. This would still keep you focused on the main story line, but allow people to work through the game at a slower pace if they so choose.

Please let me know your thoughts, even if it is to say its a stupid idea :-)

If you play through the main quests (especially 'Missing'), there is a resolution to Alice's storyline.

Does the resolution allow you to play on like a free mode. Because I feel the build aspect of the game is its strength. I love creating a base and makeing it fortified with safe zones. Fences to funnel the dead to a "pit" surrounded by watchtowers etc. I enjoy spending all day scavenging killing and building .. With a lil story here n there

If you complete the game then it ends.

The way the game was designed is that it was not supposed to end. This is more of an indie-sandbox game, like DayZ or H1Z1, rather than an indie-storyline game which stops after you finish your "goals". Which is why the end goals have to change a bit differently I suggest. Having loot and infected respawn per week, or month, like in Project Zomboid, and maybe turn the end of the storyline into the discovery of the "insulin making process", rather than "love, money, or power", since Wheeler himself said that he learned insulin making but forgot it, so maybe turn the end of the main story into him remembering how to make those. so players have something more to stay and play this game, expanding even further, rather than, " I'm finished, now what."

Rephrasing my first sentence, what I meant was, Bob designed the gameplay to have building, scavenging, and fighting off looters and zombies alike, but the way he designed the game as a whole was that it had an end, which doesn't really go too well together. So, he has to incorporate a Sandbox mode, or a change to the storyline mode to achieve compatibility of the game mechanics and the game's goal.

Hello! I would like to mirror the above statements. Please, please... Implement the ability to craft insulin for this game, and establish a sandbox play for when this game ends.

But, in my opinion, the more important of these two things is the insulin crafting. I have bought this on the xbox 360 and love it, except for the insulin thing. I've started over 3 times now because of that. It's really, really tedious and is the only part of this game I don't like at all. Everything else is amazing. I'm even telling all my gaming buddies about it.

But man, it would be great to make your own insulin. I'd really like for Alice to live, as I've grown very fond of her character. And I'd like to beat the game once, too... But every time Alice's insulin bar gets blue, I just get frustrated. Badly. Especially since I've bought all the insulin at the Fort now, and have found some, and finished the quests for some, and she's stuck with a high glowing blue bar that means that even if I find one or two, they will do NOTHING AT ALL for her because she is too far into the glowing blue. That is terribly, terribly frustrating.

Please, let us craft insulin in game!
