The 4 criminals are somewhere in the area north-east of Los Ceros base (top right corner of the map). The idea was you have to explore a bit to find them rather than being led directly to them. You have to gain Kit Wakeman's approval or respect to get him to talk. So do quests for Los Ceros, give him gifts etc. |

@MrPow12: If you do not want to give Kit Wakeman gifts, doing fisticuffs will help you get Respect with everyone else in Los Creos (the blue line on that graphing chart. Having the brain scanner will help you keep score of where you stand with the guy). |

Ok this is a message for bob if you see it, I was fighting los caros and killed kit wakeman I still got the key from him and got to the truck and now coz he is dead i failed the mission but I've found a bunker that I don't have the key for so I take it thats where it is? Is there any other way to get the key for it now that he is dead? |
