v0.4.2 contains some fixes, changes to systems and some additions.

Your feedback is crucial, so please keep them coming!

The Mission 'Exfiltration' is a bigger map than usual containing various elements like surveillance cameras, silenced weapon (if you can find it), climbing, retinal scanners, etc.
If you previously have completed all the stealth missions, This mission will be unlocked once you run the game. Otherwise it unlocks once you complete the 'Termination' stealth mission.

Please check of this build and tell me your thoughts.

Full changelist:
- Tweaked climbing, it should now be easier to climb over ledges (let me know what you think or if you have any other issues with the climbing)
- Increased shoulder socket size (there's still an issue with equipping while moving tho)
- Updated the graphics (what do you think? if you have framerate problems, tell me your system specs and I'll try to optimize it)
- Added a new stealth mission called "Exfiltration"
- Removed some stealth missions
- Reordered mission categories. You now need to complete the small arms missions before you get access to stealth missions (If you still got your save file, then the stealth missions are probably still unlocked)
- Added indicator for when you get hit by a bullet.
- Added main menu button to the gun range, so that you don't need to close the game to exit the gun range.
- Changed the position of the player slightly in the surveillance mission, so that you don't get spotted right away.
- Adjusted socket height of pistol holsters.
- Adjusted main menu UI a bit to make it easier to use.
