After quickly reviewing the terms of service, i realised that 1 aspect of my game, (i.e. the title music) possibly infringed the terms of service, as the music in question was copyrighted by Toby Fox, creator of undertale. The music piece itself being the song "menu (full)" from the undertale soundtrack. This song has now been replaced by some music i found through a quick search of Newgrounds.com
The new music (and all other music used from Newgrounds.com) is licenced under creative commons, and is therefore okay to use, whilst the game remains free, and are therefore only temporary.
Small update
Extremely small update, any music that could possibly infringe copyright removed, explanation of legality in the music added in game description.
