Ok sand is now properly placed next to water, i still need to work more on the beaches make them a bit bigger etc, water is now a tile so you can dig water but if water is next to a tile with no water and the tile with water is higher or equal to the tile with no water that tile will then become water, water will be used as a requirement to survive and u will be able to store water if u cook it in a fire to get salt out of it etc.

Next i will further improve beaches, i will add dirt patches and a desert area if you are very far away from ocean
