Description

I was thinking how to allow docking/inertial adapt by other littler ships.
On left side the rule of "faster ships cant dock each other" simply because there is not a "header" carrier ship.
On right side the rule is respected and a ship cant dock to a faster one but only to slower.

Now. Why i preffer to do this rule? because is illogical imagine a cruiser inertial adapted to a fighter. A fighter is most of cases faster... is a rule that i try to explain in game with a real reason but gameplay reason is to have big ships heading fleets and smallest ships fighting each other ignoring all other things.

And... adding the possibility to allow or deny others adapting should be easier for ships to fight, and more... ships follow their carrier ship speed while adapted but cant fly itself more than 10% of their standard speed.

As result: Docking procedures are perfect for long travels and space stations, but really bad in any other case.
