The Great Hokage's Tournament

The time is upon us to elect a new Hokage of the Hidden Leaf, but this time it will be no vote, it will be no republican system, but instead it will be a test of power seeking those capable to protect and nurture the Village and to pass on the Will of Fire!
The Tournament will take place on September 16th at 12pm Noon CST / 5pm GMT and will determine the next Hokage and his or her term of 5 months! The Kage will be able to appoint a cabinet and execute the duties of the Village, but at the same time will be the beacon for allies! This will be the first version of the Kage Raid Buff™️ , where the Hokage, or other village Kage will buff all villagers around them in combat!
TO QUALIFY:
You Must be Leaf Village aligned & have the Leaf Village Buff
