Hello everyone and welcome to the very first Tales of Development. What have we been doing recently? What exciting stuff is being created in the place of dreams? All will be revealed.
First up, the residents of Stratom are receiving a well needed polish. This includes improvements to AI and behaviour. Instead of standing around their houses all day waiting for you to talk to them, they will go out and visit the shops, other residents, and maybe even other towns and cities. They will go about their daily business as you pursue yours.
Secondly, the day, night and weather cycles are all being improved. The weather will now be more random, and rain could be anything from a trickle to a torrential downpour. At night, lights in houses will come on, and NPCs will have time specific speech, according to what time it is. All sounds very good, yes?
Last but not least, a few technical improvements are being worked on. Improved menus, less bugs and fullscreen functionality may all see the light of day in the next update. So stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled for the next version.
