Sponsored and published by Sekai Project, Serment - Contract with a Devil (or Serment, for short) is a visual novel - dungeon crawler hybrid where you play as a girl who was revived by a beautiful devil.

Though, instead of claiming our heroine’s ever so cliche human soul, the devil demands a huge sum of money for payment. If the payment comes even one day late, the heroine's soul will return to the afterlife.

And so, her light-hearted, comedic adventure to save up enough money before the deadline begins.

Despite the dark sounding premise, the majority of Serment will be light-hearted slice of life events (more commonly known as cute girls doing cute things).

Hi guys

I played your demo build (1.01) recently and I thought I'd post you a comment about it. I know getting good feedback and interacting with players can be rather difficult to get going so lets help you out.

So I played the demo for a bout 15 minutes or so. No technical issues came up which is good. I played as far as running around the dungeon's first floor before calling it quits. Overall my experience was enjoyable.

The story didn't really grab me to be honest. I wasn't really in the mood for it at the time to be honest but even looking back at it a day later it still felt a little thin. Maybe I didn't advance the story enough but that's the impression I was left with honestly. The dialogue was enjoyable enough and a little humorous at times (the devil wanting heaps of gold is nice) and the main characters were all likeable but I somehow didn't really get pulled in as much as I would have liked.

The character art was all really nice. I like the character's visuals and some of the personalities, nobody seems too generic. Well done.

Some other things that were enjoyable were things like being able to name all the protagonists as well as the motivations of each character to do battle. These were nice little touches.

One thing I did feel while playing was the is a fair bit of management in the game but not an awful lot to do besides fight in the dungeon. Maybe some other side quests or avenues of play would help? I'm not sure how you would go about adding new stuff like that but its a thought anyway.

Its nice to see that you are already looking to up the UI design, thats a good thing in my opinion.

That's my feedback anyway. Hopefully it helps. So far a good game and I'd like to see more of it. Keep up the effort guys, games are tough to make so keep at it!
