The sea is being poisoned by the nefarious Dr. Muto. A twisted evil genius who has a secret base at the bottom of the ocean. Armed with a legion of robotic minions it is his diabolical plan to make the whole ocean a toxic dump, twisting and transforming the peaceful creatures of the sea into mutant slaves. But all is not lost. The creatures of the ocean have put forward their bravest warriors in an attempt to thwart Dr. Muto and keep the worlds oceans clean and safe. Of all the creatures... The quickest, the smallest, the most dangerous were chosen. Only they have the speed and the skill to sneak past Dr. Muto's many defences and deliver a crippling blow, and defeat him once and for all.
