I think his hand should be colored dark gray as well if this is haki...
Also the proportions are somewhat off.It just seems wrong,and I dont know why.
too early to say the end,the cel shades are still wip,the proportions are you saying that are not right well is not true..this is the rigged model whit a simple pose test,we can say the pose isn't right looks kind off, but the model is done good, as you can see also in the older pics.. if you don't know why you know now.. is just a simple test ingame,stay tuned for the NEXT ;)
