ROOSTER
A small GBS game based off the
Alice in Chains song with the same name!
The lyrics are about the vocalist's father's real life accounts of his time in the Vietnam war.
Our goal is to recreate what could have been the aftermath of this story, while taking staying true to the
lyrics by using enviroments, characters and mission ideas taken directly from the lyrics.
We want to tell a story about the hardships of life post war for a soldier dealing with PTSD.
We did take some creative liberties and do not intend on spreading this game as
some kind of true to life story.
The general story goes as follows:
After the war, Rooster goes to the cemetery to visit a good friend that died in Vietnam.
This quickly becomes a hard task for him, as he experiences flashbacks to the war.
