Inspired by the game Robotron:2084 (first published back in the 80s) this game is an experiment in making a similar game with play mechanics controlled by touch -- but without D-pads. Because D-pads on touch devices are evil.
First version of Robotronish uses shapes rather than sprite images because at this point I'm only focused on game play mechanics. White circle is the player, green circles are hostages that need to be rescued, and rectangles are enemies. Different color enemies have different movements/weapons.
