Project Shore (working title) is a single player tactical RPG in a low fantasy medieval setting, currently in development using Unreal Engine 4 for Windows PC platforms. You play as a newly-made leader of a mercenary company after an assignment gone wrong. Having barely escaped from a deadly encounter with a friend-turned-backstabber, and then another one with an unknown otherwordly force, you need to lead what is left of your squad through the times of tumult while searching for hidden truth of what had really transpired to you.
Project Shore alpha build v 0.1.0. Happy 2018 everyone! We are happy to present the first public alpha of our game Project Shore. Project Shore is a tactical RPG with a rich, micromanagement-free combat, branching storyline and heavy emphasis on player choice and customization.
Our story begins as mercenary siblings, Morten and Ren, are summoned to a little hamlet at the edge of the world to meet with an old pal, a sorceror named Sigvard. Little do they know that the reason for the summons is an event which is going to change the world as they know it - and our characters are about to be caught smack in the middle of this change.
This demo includes a fully featured prologue to the game, spanning 2-3 hours of gameplay across multiple story routes and several battles of varying scale and difficulty. It also contains a fully featured tutorial to guide new players through the systems.
We'd greatly appreciate your feedback and invite you to take a survey after giving our game a spin!
