Hi!
We're a collective of indie developers, stationed around the world, and we need help making our game, Polterguys!
We're not going to make a dry list of checkbox skills you need. We want someone who can take a 3d model of one of our characters, and bring them to life with awesome animations!
Here is a handy example:
Most importantly we need someone who really enjoys playing the game we are making and wants to be part of making it even better. We're a close knit family, and believe that making a game should be fun, not a grind. We think that shines through in the final product.
So if you are a grizzled veteran of AAA ready for a break from the machine and to own the game you are releasing, or a talented up-and-coming artist, eager to learn on the job, we want to hear from you!
We pay by the hour, have a profit share scheme, and the team all get equity in the company.
