Paradigm is a survival / adventure / building game. The game is currently under development and will be released in the up coming months. The game itself is an infinite adventure game, with no rules to follow you can do what ever you want. The game is built using our custom Java engine developed by Luke Rapkin and Matthew Meacham, When the game is released you can Mod the game as much as you want to. We are open to suggestions and we will act upon what we say. A trailer will be released soon to show you what you are going to receive in the game. We are working very hard every day to produce a game you will like. Paradigm runs on all operating systems so don't worry about not getting it on a mac or linux. Stay updated by checking out this page ever few days or so.

TERRAIN UPDATE V2

We have been working really hard to push a new update for the game in terms of graphic performance and how well your computer can cope with our game. So we decided to switch to OpenGL but in our case Lwjgl, This will greatly improve your systems performance when running our game.

GRAPHIC UPDATE V1

Ross has been working really hard at making the graphic style look nicer, he has added more tiles to the tileset, and that has made it easier to add more detail when making things in game.

TERRAIN UPDATE V1

We are still working on perfecting the terrain engine, but it's looking really good with some advanced shading and more. Also we updated the grass texture, so it's different to what you see in the images. but not to much different.

LAG UPDATE

The game is currently running at a stable 60 - 100 FPS on a windows computer and 100 - 255 FPS on a Mac. Currently the game runs on our custom built Java game engine, but we are thinking about adding OpenGL to our library as it will vastly improve the FPS in game.
