great details, but i would say the forehead of that white guy is far to big/long (because i bet the attention went right into the goggles, proportioned-wise) and the space between the eyes is way to small... the haircut is a matter of taste, but the other two things not. ;)

Online is the same as Offline, its just in Offline you wont rank up with the offical rankings.
The custom heads are there for anybody to select, its to allow people to tweak the way they look a bit. The actual classes stay the same, but its nice to allow people the choice when selecting stuff. I don't want to be stuck playing a black guy when I'm white, but a Chinese guy may hate the fact hes playing "ANOTHER" pretty boy American... More choices are better in this case.
Ok, its not the same as differnt models, but this is a class based game, you need to know just by looking at the players what role they play in the game. We can't have everybody running around with totally different bodies. But heads... Thats fine.

There are more too, I just forgot to send them, lol. The white guy has the hat, and the black guy has the goggles. Plus of course theres the chance that we will add more down the line. They are simple additions for the most part.
In some cases we could even switch add ons between classes, right? Say, we could put the hat on the recon´s add on list. As long as they make sense, of course (you are not giving recon´s night vision googles to the grunt, for example).
