Stranded on a frozen Mining Outpost, you and your crew must fight and build to survive. Earthquakes, freezing storms and the local wildlife are bad enough, but something killed the last occupants of this base, and it'll be back.. Will you save the day? Or save yourself?

Outpost Beta 1.5 is available for download! In the Outpost you must manage your Base, it's systems, your crew and their abilities to survive until rescue. Will you sacrifice a team member to obtain more food? Or will you build stronger defenses and conserve your energy? Earthquakes, freezing storms and the local fauna are bad enough, but something killed the last occupants of this base, and it'll be back.. Will you save the day? Or save yourself?

Welcome to Version 1.5 of the Outpost Beta!

New Features:

  • Save system, the game saves at dawn and again at sunset. Be careful, starting a new game overwrites your existing save!
  • The Commander has arrived on base! You now have direct control (no pointy-clicky for him) of your commander.
  • If your commander leaves the boundries of the base, the camera will follow him. More on this later!
  • Order Phase added, due to feedback from players, holding space now slows time to allow players to issue orders and place buildings more easily.
  • Added a help button (little question mark next to the inventory) where various tips on how to play can be found.
