Description

A retro-inspired, classic turn-based RPG for those with nostalgia for the '90s golden era. Explore a vast world with 14 playable characters, fight hundreds of unique enemies, and delve into an epic story of war, betrayal, and redemption. Inspired by the SNES-era classics, it strives to blend the perfect balance of story-pacing, combat design, and timeless characters that defined a generation of gaming.

History

ONE FENIX DOWN is a passion project I've been working on for nearly a decade, off and on due to my full time job. Heavily inspired by FFVI, I believe other fans will be pleasantly surprised to find familiar gameplay elements from their favorite game in the franchise, and a story arc that has the same overarching, epic feel.

My ultimate goal is to deliver a retro-inspired experience that evokes the feeling of playing your first SNES RPG.

Features

  • retro-inspired
