This is, yet again, another preview for the upcoming Video Update for the Developer Blog on the homepage. This demonstrates the Map Object type, Light Sources.
At 7PM the game world will start to go dark, at 7:30PM when the creatures change over all lights will automatically turn on. In the morning at 6:30AM they will automatically turn back off again.
If you wanted to manually control the lights you can by Right Clicking a light source.
