Then you have to change the mouth too on all of them :)

Yes you must change mouth for example on 3rd face (white eyes lol) you must make big opened mouth like he is screaming :D

What do u use for animate the face?
Do u use animated textures only or any vertex modifier like morpher, pose anim maybe skeletal?
i use animated texture ,with bones for open ,close the mouth
