needs work, but much better. Again with the textures though..trying making all your textures yourself. Not ripping off other picture or smudging pictures.
Although the texture needs some work it was made by colossal_dragon with a program called sai.
he posted this on our forum, he used pictures :|

If i left all the modeling to myself... my game would pretty much suck XD. Thats why i have my team.
were not saying for you to only do it..were saying train your team to be more professional. an example would be me hacking treyarch & stealing there zombie model, scratching the polys, and using the texture they had, but just darkening it a little...no you cant do that, thats still stealing a models things..blubswillrule inspired our team to keep that modo going.<3

well he posted it on our site and even admitted, his first texture was from a zombie in a movie than his second texture was the same zombie, but he smudged the face..to look more like a custom texture.

The skirt thing looks ugly the bicep area is kinda bad, but other then that it's quite good.
Could be better, but I also understand its a work in progress. For the 'skirt' thing if you want it to look more like flowing fabric thats easily done, I can go into detail if you want but I havent used sai before, only 3ds max and maya... so I dont know what kinda tools are at your disposal. The head and torso are fine but I'd def use different textures and maybe make part of the top of the head 'blown-off'. @Colossal_dragon zombies are always fun to design, dont be afraid to make something purposefully ugly because thats what its all about. ie one of the forearms could keep looking like they do here as long as the texture makes it look like its exposed bone.
finally, this is just a suggestion but change the boot color to brown or grey so that way shadows are easily seen.
lol looks epic xD if thats already a model (i cant find 3rd dimension from the picture o_O lol) make that an easter egg.
