Launch the game
Press ESC to go fullscreen
Close laptop lid for about 1 minute or so (no sleeping, no hibernating)
Open laptop lid again
Hit down button and try to hit Quit button

You can't

I have to quit the game by pressing ESC to go back to window mode, and then press the X button to kill it

This bug doesn't seem to show up in window mode
However, once you goto full screen mode to trigger this bug, window mode also doesn't work
