When you start playing Musical Range you are inside a huge lab, welcomed by multiple big hexagon screens, the orb-like notes are positioned around you, and there’s a machine ahead with a big blue energy ball, that’s the core! You must keep an eye on it while you play the songs, if you lose the core will explode destroying everything around you.
As you play the game, the notes from the song will fall from the sky leaving a light beam behind. Time your shots perfectly and hit the note before it reaches the ground. Hold the note and create distort it to make the performance unique. As you progress in the game you will have more complex sequences and with it the possibility to gain more points.
